Delete your account

You can request deletion of a Passenger or Driver account and associated personal information.

How to submit a request

1. Email support@riderapidito.com.
2. Use the subject Account deletion request.
3. Include your full name, account type, and the phone number connected to the account.
4. Complete the verification step we send you to protect against unauthorized deletion.

What happens next

After verification, we close the account and delete or de-identify personal information that is not required for safety, fraud prevention, unresolved disputes, accounting, tax, or legal obligations. We will confirm when the request is complete.
